Pressbooks is one part of a larger organizational mission to expand access to, and the impact of, the University’s wealth of scholarly and academic work. This digital publishing platform has been used by organizations and educational communities across the globe to publish thousands of free and openly licensed books and is being used at UC as a part of a strategy to address textbook costs for our community of learners while amplifying the voices of our faculty.
